he GD IRON GRIP Axis of Handle is NOT Twisted

Excellent for Training Both Hands

Compared to regular classic spring grips, the GD IRON GRIP’s axis of handle is not twisted. It’s a peculiar innovation for GD line of grippers.

GD grip’s axis doesn’t twist even though it is closed – a feature comparable to the other grip products. This further enhances the grip and helps to deliver the force's direction when it is fully closed.

Instead of getting specialized grippers for both hands, such as right-wing & left-wing spring grippers, you can use GD IRON GRIP in both hands & they feel pretty much the same way. It’s a more ergonomic design that most grippers can offer you.

I’d say as an additional bonus it saves you both time & money – No need to order multiple grippers, if you’re looking for a way to save up space in home, as well as get things done efficiently.

You can adjust the distance between the handles until it fits on of your hands without the support of the other hand. You can adjust the distance between the handles from 3.9 inches to 2.9 inches

Lightly grab the handles and pull the lever once

If you want to reduce the distance more, squeeze the handles firmly and pull the lever up one more time.
