• St. Clouds is located in St. Andrew Parish at an elevation of 1200 metres. The estate comprises approximately 45 acres of Arabica Typica and Geisha coffee beans grown largely in shaded soil. Peaberry beans are a naturally occurring mutation of the normal coffee cherry, whereby only a single bean is produced. These small, round beans are characterised by their sweetness and robust flavour, as well as a smooth, sweet creamy aftertaste, with hints of chocolate and florals.
